At Photo-stitch we convert images to cross-stitch and tapestry designs

 

We are a family run home business, based in rural Worcestershire, UK. 

 

It all started when I couldn't find what I wanted. We had two beautifully pointers and I wanted to stitch a design what looked like them. But I struggled to find just what I was looking for. I came across a photo to cross stitch conversion site and sent off a photo and excitedly waited for the result. I was however quite disappointed. The design was not very good and bore little resemblance to my boys. That’s when I decided to make my own design and I was really pleased with the results. When friends and family saw how good the design looked, they wanted designs too.

 

We set up Photo-stitch in 2006 and with many statisfied returning customers and recommendations, have successfully expanded year on year since. 

 

Our family has also expanded since. There are now two kids, five cats, six chickens and about 25 fish. Sadly, both my pointer boys have passed away since. But I see them every day as their stitched designs hang together in my hallway.
